Customer Service
Our Customer Service Officers (CSOs) are often our customers' first point of contact. They're the face of Jetstar, and the tasks they do every day aim to create a great experience for our customers. These tasks include checking customers in and resolving any questions or issues, helping customers with specific needs, working on the concourse, boarding flights and dealing with overweight baggage.
Our CSOs come from many different customer service backgrounds, from hospitality to retail sales. We look for people who are team-oriented, resilient, customer-focused, aware of safety and able to deal creatively with tricky situations.
Our airport teams are key to ensuring Jetstar's brand values are upheld through the delivery of excellent customer service.
